Design, to me, is a way of turning loose ideas into something usable and real. I’m most interested in the early stages of a project—when nothing is fully defined yet and there’s room to explore, experiment, and make decisions that actually matter. I like work that feels thoughtful without being overworked, where clarity and personality exist at the same time.

My focus is on logo and brand design, but I care just as much about how things function as how they look. Type, color, spacing, and tone all play a role in how a brand shows up in the world. I try to build systems that feel flexible and intentional, leaving space for growth instead of forcing everything into a fixed box.

I don’t see design as decoration. Good design solves problems quietly, supports ideas clearly, and makes things easier to understand. When it works, it doesn’t ask for attention—it just feels right.

I’ve always liked making things. Design wasn’t a single decision so much as a path that formed over time—through experimenting, trying things out, and slowly getting better at it. What started as making stuff for fun turned into something I wanted to take seriously.

I’m a graphic design student at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, graduating in December 2025, with a focus on branding and identity work. I enjoy collaboration, learning from feedback, and working with people who care about what they’re building.

Outside of design, I’m usually still in the same mindset: making, refining, and seeing what happens next. I’m interested in growth, curiosity, and doing work that feels honest—work that starts simply and ends up meaning something.
